Who doesn’t love the winning combination of Callanetics and coffee? I am so excited about the early morning class that started last week, it was the most attended class of the week on Thursday at 7am which said a LOT to me about what my customers are needing. Here are just a few of the benefits of exercising in the morning….

I decided to add the 7am “Callanetics and coffee’ to the timetable due to my customers requests for an early bird class. What better way to start your day than full of energy, great happy hormones and your immunity boosted first thing, not to mention for the full day you will be in the “fat burning zone”.

As the winter fast approaches we all find it hard to motivate ourselves to keep moving, but one way to look at it is your exercise and meditation box is checked for the day before it has even begun, making way for the best version of you for the rest of the day.
